Morning Helsinki City Tour

Tour Highlights
Start your walking tour from the Railway Station Square, right next to one of the most beautiful Romantic buildings in Helsinki, the National Theater. From there, continue your walk through central Helsinki to get a feel for its vibrant streets, mostly built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Then, follow the main shopping street, Aleksanterinkatu, towards the city's main square, Senate Square.

At the central point of the square is the magnificent Helsinki Cathedral, built in 1852 when Finland was part of the Russian Empire. Stop at the nearby seat of the Finnish Government and the main building of Helsinki University. Continue on towards the Katajanokka Peninsula, stopping at the Uspenskii Cathedral, a beautiful Orthodox cathedral atop a hill. Go up the hill and to the terrace of the cathedral for pretty views over Helsinki.

Explore Market Square (Kauppatori), where you can find souvenirs and taste local specialties. Walk along the Esplanade Park and Helsinki’s main street, Mannerheimintie, before stopping by the parliament building, National Museum, and Finlandia Hall, a concert and congress hall designed by famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto.

After a walk through the district of Töölö, visit the unique Rock Church, carved within a rocky hill, and afterwards a have a short city bus trip to the park and monument dedicated to the most famous Finnish composer, Jean Sibelius. End the tour at the impressive granite Central Railway Station, where nearly a quarter of a million passengers pass through every day.

This private walking tour allows variations in pick-up point, starting time and the route. Agree your most convenient timing and meet the guide from the port, railway station or a hotel.

Evening Assemble for Northern Light Hunting

Tour Highlights

Grab a camera and tripod and hop on the bus for a 3-hour tour in search of the spectacular Northern Lights. Head away from the city and light pollution on a 30 to 45-minute drive. Depending on weather conditions, the Northern Lights may make an appearance en route. Seeing the Northern Lights is not guaranteed on the tour, but if there is a clear sky, they are often visible. Even without this phenomenon, the vast number of stars seen in the arctic sky makes for spectacular views. You always need some luck to see the Northern Lights and their appearance is unpredictable!

Rovaniemi – Santa Village Experience

Morning Depart to Enjoy the Half day Excursion

Tour Highlights

Depart after 10:00 AM and visit Santa Claus in his main office in Lapland. Discover a place where it is Christmas all year round. Have a private meeting with Santa Claus, and then join the Elves in their magic world, and send greetings to all your friends from Santa's Post Office. Rudolph is Santa's famous ninth reindeer, and you will get to meet him at the Reindeer farm.
Also, the Arctic Circle cuts right through Santa Claus's Village. A white line denoting the Arctic Circle, at its position in 1865, is painted across the park. You will officially enter the Arctic area when you cross the line. The line is a very popular photo spot for all visitors. Cross the circle and get an Arctic Circle certificate. Have the opportunity to taste the traditional Christmas buffet with a lunch at Santa's place.
After, pay a visit to the Snowmobile Museum. The Snowmobiles exhibition pays tribute to the unique snowmobiling culture of the north by displaying snowmobile treasures from various periods. The entertaining exhibition is perfect for visitors of all ages, sharing snowmobiling stories and showcasing technologies as part of Arctic history, nature and culture.
